  We where in the house of hoops footlocker we had asked for a pair of basketball shoes the first guy said yep and never came back then as we where waiting my son was trying on a jacket actually had it on and another worker was taking the sale tickets off the coats after talking to us about the coat and the missing shoes that never appeared!! unreal
  
  we went upstairs to CHAMPS had awesome customer service and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed got the same Jacket and shoes and offered the sale price FOOTLOCKER declined as we had it in our hands.
  
  Terrible customer service never go back again THEY SUCK and need to learn how to speak !!!!
