  Why isn't ten stars an option on here? My wife and I moved from an apartment to a new home five years ago and we met Marcy Swanson at an open house and asked for her help, she was fantastic. We recently bought and sold a home and asked her to help us once again with both transactions. Marcy is professional, timely, and has amazing advice. I was not sure we would be able to sell our Grand Rapids home for the price we did and in FOUR DAYS no less. Marcy new the market, had excellent research, and guided us the entire way through. Worry free buying and selling with a professional that I would now call a friend. Save yourself some headache and give Marcy a call. I'll never use another realtor.
