  Don the sales representative was here promptly at 2:00 p.m. was very professional ,said which new furnace fit my needs.
  The Installers Mike and Geoff were here at the agreed start time, the very next morning!
  they were friendly and courteous. also they put covers over their boots , and took the time and effort to lay drop-cloth on the carpeted stairs leading to basement. which I appreciated Greatly,
  then they went right to work, took my old furnace out and put it in their truck, installed my new furnace and were done at 2:00 p.m.
  So from the sales call to the completion my installation and taking the old furnace away the entire process only took 24 hours!
  I still don't quite know how to pronounce Vredevoogd,
  But I Guarantee you this, I will call them without hesitation when I need any heating or cooling work done!
